Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay the fees as per the fee schedule provided by Seabird for the services rendered.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Seabird.
- Clients are responsible for any additional costs associated with visa applications, medical examinations, language tests, or other requirements mandated by the destination country.
Visa Approval
Seabird does not guarantee the approval of any visa application.
- Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the immigration authorities of the destination country.
- Seabird will make every effort to assist clients in preparing strong visa applications, but final decisions rest with the immigration authorities.
Confidentiality
Seabird will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documentation provided during the engagement.
- Clients must cooperate with Seabird and promptly provide all required documentation and information necessary for visa applications and other immigration processes.
- Clients are responsible for complying with the immigration laws and regulations of the destination country.
Termination of Services
Seabird reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
